Hang high pulls and heavy bent rows are great trap builders. The hang high pulls get the mid and upper traps and the rows target the mid to lower traps. The bear crawl slam ball pushups are more challenging than they appear and they actually get the upper traps pretty well because you kind of shrug as you press back. They also get your upper pecs and front delts to give you that shelf up there. Consider pairing the heavy bent rows with some form of lateral raise to finish off the delts. #traps #

I love me some heavy hang high pulls. It’s the closest I can get right now to hang cleans, and I love those too. But even these sometimes aggravate my joints. I still do them but I limit them to about once a month. On the other days I’ll rotate between kettlebell or dumbbell unilateral hang high pulls and these.
